Shipping Policy


As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.


We will automatically begin our checking process to ensure your card is not being used fraudulently, and will reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your order is in stock and available for shipment. This process will normally be completed within 1 business day, but can take longer for suspicious activity.


Once we receive the green lights, your credit will be processed and your order will shipped within 1-3 business days. You will then receive a tracking code from UPS, UPSP or Fedex, which will work once mailman scans parcel the next day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location respective to our supplier, and you may receive separate shipments. 

If you purchased multiple items, they may be shipped out from different warehouses and arrive at different times.


If you are located anywhere in the lower forty eight states of the US, you will receive FREE Shipment for all orders above $75. If lower than this amount the shipment will be charged at $10 flat rate. Shipments to other states such as Hawaii and Alaska will need to be processed manually. If you cancel an in-stock order--after you have agreed to our terms via email and we have processed your order for shipment--there will be a 3.5% credit card processing fee, or 5.9% if it's through Shopify installments, as this is the non-refundable fee charged to us.

Are Credit Card or Shoppay Installment Fees Refundable? 

No, they are not. If you cancel an order that we have processed and / or shipped, credit card or Shopify Installment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • 2.9% for credit or debit cards
  • 5.9% for Shopify Installment plans

Your card or Shopify Installment charge us these non-refundable fees, which we simply pass onto you should you decide to cancel an order. 


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us at support@usa-binoculars.com and provide photos within 24hrs.
